1Acceptance

By installing or using Club XI Optimizer (the "Extension") or this website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2What this tool is

Club XI Optimizer is an independent, community-made companion that analyses the football data in your EA FC™ Web App and suggests an optimal starting XI. Its suggestions are opinions for entertainment and informational purposes, based on a scoring model — they are not guarantees of in-game results.

3Not affiliated with EA

This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Electronic Arts Inc. "EA", "EA SPORTS FC", "FC 26", "Ultimate Team", and related names are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. We use them only to describe what the tool is compatible with. All player and game data belongs to its respective owners.

4Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring your use of any companion tool complies with EA's own User Agreement and Terms of Service. We make no representation that use of this tool is permitted by EA.
• You must not use the tool to cheat, automate gameplay, attack EA's services, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or attempt to circumvent the licensing of the paid version.

5Free and paid versions

CIX Core is free. CIX Advanced is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional models and features. Billing, renewals, and refunds for the subscription are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and are subject to their terms. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6Availability

The tool relies on the structure of the EA FC Web App and on our calculation server. Either may change or become unavailable at any time, which can affect or break functionality. We provide the tool "as available" and may modify or discontinue it without notice.

7No warranty

The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that suggestions are accurate, optimal, or error-free.

8Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the tool, including any action taken by EA in respect of your account. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months (if any).

9Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
